Uttara Ashadha is the twenty-first nakshatra, spread across Sagittarius and Capricorn, ruled by the Sun and presided over by the Vishvedevas — the assembly of ten universal gods. Its symbol is the elephant's tusk, and its old name is Aparajita, the unconquered. The tradition reads this star as slow-burning strength: work that begins here is meant to last, not to dazzle. How to wear your energised Uttara Ashadha Nakshatra Yantra
Your auspicious time to wear it
Wear it for the first time on a Sunday, between 6.30 and 7.30 in the morning. Bathe first, place the yantra on your pooja altar and offer your prayers, then wear it around your neck or your waist, on a red or black thread or a silver chain.
At a funeral
Take the yantra off before you attend a funeral.
Purify the amulet
Whenever the yantra has been taken off, or if it was worn at a funeral, dip it in raw milk or Ganga jal, show it incense, dhoop or attar (perfume), and then wear it again.
Keep the energy intact
You may repeat this energising once a week or once a month.

Purnahuti
The final complete offering seals the sankalpa stated at the opening.

The Vishvedevas
The Vishvedevas are the assembly of universal gods, a collective invoked again and again in the Rig Veda when no single devata is singled out and the whole company of heaven is called to the offering. Tradition counts them as ten, sons of Dharma and Vishva, named in the Puranas with qualities such as steadfastness, truth, right action and timely giving. They have no fixed single form; they are pictured as a seated council, honoured together at the sacred grass and invited to take their share of ghee. As presiding lords of the twenty-first star, they stand for effort that ripens slowly and for promises that are kept. Devotees turn to them when work needs endurance rather than speed, and when an undertaking must hold its ground over long seasons. Pitru rites also call on them as witnesses.
