Refund & Cancellation
Order Cancellation
- Final Sales: All sales made on AstroBhava.com are final. This includes payments made through our website’s payment gateway, payment links shared via email, messenger apps, other UPI codes, and payment wallets.
- Cancellation Conditions: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Product Returns
- Return Conditions: If you need to return a purchased product, it must be sent back in its original form without any damage at the customer’s own expense.
- Non-Refundable: Under no circumstances will a refund be made for a damaged product. For more details, please contact our customer support at support@astrobhava.com.
- Merchandise Condition: For energetic reasons, we will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
Rescheduling Homa/Pooja
- Rescheduling Notice: If you need to reschedule a Homa/Pooja, you must inform our customer support team at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to halt preparations and make necessary arrangements.
- Communication: Updates on the date and time of the rescheduled Homa will be communicated through email or by a call to the customer.
Nadi Astrology Cancellation Policy
- Leaf Search: If your leaf is not found after checking 2 to 3 schedules, we allow a maximum of 3-4 weeks to arrange more readings at no additional cost for about 10 bundles.
- Refund Conditions: If we are unable to find your leaf within these 10 bundles, we will refund the total amount paid.
Nadi Astrology Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Seeker: If a Nadi seeker cancels the proceedings due to personal reasons without finding the Basic leaf, the total amount paid will not be refunded.
- Continuation Period: The seeker can approach us within 30 days of the payment to continue the process. After 30 days, the seeker must make the payment again to proceed.
- Chapter Search: We urge seekers to request our customer support to initiate searches for further chapters (2 to 14) and not to place orders prior to identifying the requested chapters. A breathing period of about 180 days is required to identify the requested chapters. If not identified within 180 days, the payment made will be refunded.
Note on Refunds
- Refund Processing Time: Refund turnaround time is 5-7 working days.
- Original Mode of Purchase: Refunds will be made to the customer’s original mode of purchase (e.g., if the service was purchased using a credit card, the refund will be issued to that credit card).
