Refund & Cancellation

At AstroBhava, we strive to deliver genuine spiritual services and products. Because of the sacred and personalised nature of our offerings, all sales are generally final. Please read the policy below carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• All sales made on AstroBhava.com are final.
• This includes payments made through our website, payment links sent via email/WhatsApp, UPI, or any wallet.

2.Vedic Services (Homa / Puja / Japa / Similar Services)

• All ritual dates are fixed by our astrologers according to the most auspicious Nakshatra and Rasi.
• No rescheduling is allowed from the customer’s side once the date is confirmed and booked. The specific planetary alignments are essential for the ritual’s spiritual efficacy.
• Please ensure your availability on the scheduled date. The ritual will proceed as planned.
• However, rescheduling may happen under unforeseen circumstances from our end. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and provide a new auspicious date.

3. Nadi Astrology Services

Leaf Search & Refund

• We will search up to 10 bundles (approximately 3–4 weeks) at no extra cost.
• If your specific Nadi leaf is not found, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation by Seeker

• If you cancel the reading for personal reasons before your Basic leaf is found, the amount paid is non-refundable.
• You may request to continue the process within 30 days of payment. Requests after 30 days will require a fresh payment.

Additional Chapters (2–14)

• We strongly recommend identifying the correct chapters first.
• If the requested chapters are not located within 180 days, the full amount paid will be refunded.

4. Refund Processing

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
