At AstroBhava, we are committed to providing authentic Vedic astrology, Nadi readings, Homa, Puja, Japa and spiritual products. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or availing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

AstroBhava offers:

Vedic Astrology consultations
Nadi Astrology leaf reading and chapter analysis
Homa, Puja, Japa and other Vedic rituals
Spiritual products (Yantras, Prasad, etc.)
Related digital and physical services

All services are provided subject to availability and astrological calculations.

2. User Accounts

To avail certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including correct birth details for astrological services.

3. Ordering and Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card details.
All transactions are final except as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Rituals and Auspicious Timings

Ritual dates are determined by our astrologers based on Nakshatra, Rasi, and planetary positions.
Once confirmed and booked, rescheduling from the customer’s side is not permitted.
We may reschedule only under unforeseen circumstances from our end and will notify you promptly.

5. Nadi Astrology Specific Terms

We search up to 10 bundles for your leaf at no extra charge.
Leaf search and reading are subject to availability of the palm leaves.
Additional chapters can be ordered only after the main leaf is identified.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, rituals, mantras, and astrological reports, is the property of AstroBhava and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false birth details or misleading information
Use our services for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purpose
Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or astrologers
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our processes or content

Astrological readings, predictions, and ritual outcomes are for guidance purposes only. They are based on traditional Vedic principles. AstroBhava does not guarantee any specific life results, material benefits, or outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroBhava and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
