At AstroBhava, here is the procedure we follow to perform Kanakadhara Homa at our Ashram:

• Prior to the homa, participants take a bath and wear clean, traditional attire suitable for the sacred ritual.

• The homa kunda is prepared and decorated with sacred symbols and flowers, creating a divine ambiance.

• We begin the homa by invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha for the smooth conduct of the ritual.

• The sacred fire is lit in the homa kunda, symbolizing the illumination of success and the removal of obstacles.

• Our expert priests chant the Kanakadhara Stotram with utmost devotion, invoking the divine presence of Goddess Lakshmi.

• Offerings of ghee, herbs, seeds, and other sacred items are made into the fire while chanting the hymns, symbolizing the surrender of obstacles and the seeking of divine blessings for financial prosperity and wealth accumulation.

• Participants offer their own prayers and intentions to Goddess Lakshmi, seeking her blessings for financial success, wealth growth, and obstacle removal.

• We meditate on the divine form of Goddess Lakshmi, visualizing her radiant presence and experiencing her transformative energy and grace.

• The homa concludes with final oblations and prayers, expressing gratitude to Goddess Lakshmi for her blessings and guidance.

• Sacred ash (vibhuti) from the homa kunda is distributed among the participants as a divine blessing.
