How to wear your energised Krotha Bhairava Yantra
Your auspicious time to wear it
Wear it for the first time on the day named in your dispatch email, between 6.30 and 7.30 in the morning. Bathe first, place the yantra on your pooja altar and offer your prayers, then wear it around your neck or your waist, on a red or black thread or a silver chain.
At a funeral
Take the yantra off before you attend a funeral.
Purify the amulet
Whenever the yantra has been taken off, or if it was worn at a funeral, dip it in raw milk or Ganga jal, show it incense, dhoop or attar (perfume), and then wear it again.
Keep the energy intact
You may repeat this energising once a week or once a month.

Ghee and akshata, with the flowers, grains and dravyas proper to this deity, are offered in sequence with mantra. Each priest makes 108 of these offerings with the mula mantra of Krotha Bhairava — 108, 324 or 540 in all, by package.
Purnahuti
The final complete offering seals the sankalpa stated at the opening.

Krotha Bhairava
Among the eight Bhairavas set by Shiva to guard the directions, this is the one whose name means wrath. Tradition places him toward the south-west, dark of body, three-eyed, with matted hair and a garland of skulls, weapons held in his many arms. His anger is guardianship rather than cruelty; the Shaiva agamas count Bhairava as Shiva's own terrible aspect, the doorkeeper who admits nothing hostile past the threshold and who governs the boundary of a house, a temple, a life. Time itself answers to Bhairava, and so do the forces that gather quietly against a person. Devotees turn to this fierce form when opposition has grown personal, when ill-will surrounds their work, and when they want a protector standing at the door while their own mind stays steady.
