The Ritual and Its Weight
The Bhairavi Homa is a fire offering to Tripura Bhairavi, the Mahavidya whose name means terror to whatever stalls and stagnates. In the business tradition she is approached when work has slowed without reason — proposals that go quiet, deals that reach the last table and stop, a market that once responded and now does not. Her element is heat. The homa places that heat in the kunda, and each offering is made in your name, with your sankalpa, your nakshatra, your line of work spoken aloud.
At our Yagna Ashram in Pollachi, Coimbatore District, priests raise the fire, invoke her with her bija mantra, and offer the prescribed havan samagri through the count of japa she is traditionally given. You do not travel. You watch the flame live, wherever you are, and the prasadam and energised Tripura Bhairavi Yantra follow to your door. What the rite is FOR is clarity and forward motion in enterprise — the courage to ask, the sharpness to negotiate, the readiness to meet an opportunity when it turns up.
ॐ ह्सैं ह्स्क्ल्रीं ह्स्रौः । ॐ त्रिपुरभैरव्यै नमः ॥ With her three seed-syllables of fire, speech and power, I bow to Tripura Bhairavi — may she burn away what obstructs and grant mastery over my work. Why Devotees Book This
Devotees who search for bhairavi homa benefits are usually carrying one specific worry: the business is not moving. Here is what the tradition prescribes this homa for.
Growth after a plateau
Undertaken when turnover has flattened and the usual efforts stop producing, to invoke fresh heat in the enterprise.
New openings and enquiries
Offered by traders and founders seeking fresh leads, markets and introductions — doors that were shut being tried again.
Deals that reach closure
Sought when negotiations stall near the end, for steadiness of speech and clarity of terms at the table.
Obstacles in trade cleared
Bhairavi is invoked to consume the friction — delayed licences, stuck files, needless rivalry — that slows a venture.
Courage for a new venture
Taken before a launch, a partnership, an expansion or a first export order, so the step is begun under her protection.
Steadiness in cash flow
Because this homa is also honoured in the wealth tradition, many book it for order and regularity in business receipts.

The most auspicious days for a Bhairavi Homa
Bhairavi is a night-facing Mahavidya, and her homa follows the tithis and hours the Shakta tradition reserves for her.
The eighth and ninth lunar days are classically given to the fierce Devi forms, and are the first choice for the Bhairavi Homa.
During the nine nights, the Mahavidya worship is at full strength — a favoured window for business sankalpas for the year ahead.
Friday belongs to the Devi; Chaturdashi and the closing hours of the lunar fortnight suit her fire rites and japa.
Many devotees choose a date shortly before a new venture, a tender, a partnership or a large deal, in an abhijit or otherwise clear muhurat free of rahukala.
You do not need to wait for one of these days. Whenever you book, our astrologers calculate the muhurta from your own birth chart — a date chosen for you personally, which tradition regards as more precise than a calendar date chosen for everyone. If you would like the homa on one of the days above, tell us at checkout and we will fix the muhurta within it.
What you receive
The sealing of the Tripura Bhairavi Yantra
The Tripura Bhairavi Yantra is consecrated over three days — Jala (holy-water consecration with mantras), Prana (life force through pranayama & chants) and Jeeva Pratishta (awakened with 108 recitations & offerings) — then present through your homa, receiving the energies raised in the fire. When your homa concludes, it is rolled and locked inside its silver amulet according to Agama vidhi — the practice by which those energies are held within a consecrated object rather than dispersing. It is why a homa performed at our ashram can still reach a devotee ten thousand miles away: what the fire raised travels to you, sealed.
Personal sankalpa
Your name, gotra & nakshatra — and up to four family members if you wish. No one else is named.

Yantra Pujas inside our consecrated sanctum
48-Day Anushthan (optional) — daily pujas for 48 days — the 27 Nakshatras + 12 Rashis + 9 Planets — then sealed in a silver amulet of approximately 2–4 inches. Performed in our consecrated sanctum at the Yagna Ashram.
A note on sacred tradition
As per strict Agama vidhi, no videography is permitted inside the temple sanctum — this preserves the pure sacred energies and undisturbed divine focus of the ritual. The main homa is respectfully telecast live from outside the sanctum.
Homas are telecast openly on our YouTube channel so that devotees everywhere may witness the rituals — and because we believe you should be able to see our work before you trust us with yours. Your sankalpa names you and any family members you add, so if you would rather your ceremony were not public, choose the private telecast option at checkout and it is streamed as an unlisted link, which does not appear on our channel or in search, though anyone who has the link can watch it and share it.
We state this plainly — transparency about what tradition forbids filming, and about what is public, is part of performing these rituals honestly.
How to wear your energised Tripura Bhairavi Yantra
Your auspicious time to wear it
Wear it for the first time on a Friday, between 6.30 and 7.30 in the morning. Bathe first, place the yantra on your pooja altar and offer your prayers, then wear it around your neck or your waist, on a red or black thread or a silver chain.
At a funeral
Take the yantra off before you attend a funeral.
Purify the amulet
Whenever the yantra has been taken off, or if it was worn at a funeral, dip it in raw milk or Ganga jal, show it incense, dhoop or attar (perfume), and then wear it again.
Keep the energy intact
You may repeat this energising once a week or once a month.
How your Bhairavi Homa is performed
Sankalpa
The priest states your name, gotra and nakshatra — and those of up to four family members — with the intention this homa is performed for.
Ganapati Puja
The customary invocation to Ganapati, clearing obstacles before the deity is approached.
Agni Pratishtha
The fire is consecrated in the homa kunda and Agni invoked as the carrier of every offering that follows.
Bhairavi Avahana
The mula mantra of Tripura Bhairavi is chanted, inviting the deity's presence into the fire — by one, three or five priests as your package sets.
Ahuti
Ghee and akshata, with the flowers, grains and dravyas proper to this deity, are offered in sequence with mantra. Each priest makes 108 of these offerings with the mula mantra of Tripura Bhairavi — 108, 324 or 540 in all, by package.
Purnahuti
The final complete offering seals the sankalpa stated at the opening.
Aarti & Dispatch
Aarti is performed live on your telecast. Vibhuti, sandalwood powder, kumkum and your energised Tripura Bhairavi Yantra are then packed and shipped free to your door.
Tripura Bhairavi
Fifth among the ten Mahavidyas, Tripura Bhairavi appears as a goddess the colour of a thousand rising suns, seated on a lotus, robed in red, garlanded with severed heads. Two of her four hands hold a rosary and a book; the other two show the gestures of boon-giving and fearlessness. Tantric texts name her the heat of tapas itself — the burning that consumes inertia, impurity and delay, and she stands beside Bhairava as his fierce counterpart. Her bija mantra carries the three-fold seed shared with the Tripura goddesses. Devotees turn to this form when effort has gone cold, seeking the fire of resolve, sharpened speech and the courage to press a matter forward.
In this homa that grace is invoked through fire, with your own name and birth details spoken in the sankalpa.
