Shipping Policy

AstroBhava.com takes utmost care in shipping your items. Our products, such as yantras and prasad, are packed using standard packing materials to ensure they reach you safely. We primarily ship through INDIAN POST, fully compliant with the laws of India. Please note that any changes in government policies, excise duties, taxes, etc., will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once an item is shipped from our registered office in India, AstroBhava.com’s responsibility concludes with the provision of a tracking number/ID. Any excise duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable in the buyer’s country are the buyer’s responsibility.

AstroBhava.com does not hold any responsibility for the loss, non-delivery, or damage of a package during transit, as we do not control the postal services of any country. International deliveries are subject to customs checks, and we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise during this process.

• Domestic Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks following the completion of the ritual.
• International Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks following the completion of the ritual.

Note: For some countries, the Indian Postal System does not offer live tracking, and we do not have control over this aspect of the service.

Shipping to the USA

1. All Shipments to USA will be done via DHL. 

2. Apart from this, you will also need to pay the import duty tax when receiving the parcel. This tax is imposed by the Government of USA on all incoming silver items, regardless of which country the parcel is sent from. 
3. This rule came into effect on 30th August as per the new US regulations.

Shipping to Other countries & India

1. No additional shipping costs will apply. 
2. Free Shipping to India + other countries except USA.
